SHIPPING + DELIVERY
U.S. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Shipping times do not reflect the time it takes to process an order. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. We use USPS for our shipping service and UPS when requested. Shipping fees are paid by our customers unless otherwise noted.
If your order is delayed we will contact you through the email provided in the order. A tracking number will be sent via email when your order is shipped. If you did not receive tracking information and you have not received your item please contact us.

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we are shipping to your country.
5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
We do not offer refunds if an item shows delivered. In this case you will have to contact your local post office. If you think your item was stolen talk to your local post office to make sure your items are delivered in a secure location to prevent future theft.
If the wrong address was given at checkout please contact us immediately. We do not give refunds to orders shipped to the wrong address. If the order has shipped but has not been delivered you we can attempt a package intercept through USPS at extra cost. Package intercept is not a guarantee and the fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Although rare, orders can get lost in transit. Please allow at least 10 days for your item to arrive (orders outside the US can take up to 40 days). Please file a claim with your local post office if you think your package may have been lost in transit or stolen. If you need additional details to process the claim please contact us at partiesbyreece@gmail.com.
We do not provide refunds when:
Order is refused at delivery.
Address is deemed undeliverable.
Wrong address is given at the time of purchase.
In any of the cases mentioned above we will not re-ship your order.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Shipping discounts do not apply to international orders.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. The Lingerista is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are incurred from the shipment of your order and we do not refund these costs.
We DO NOT provide refunds when customer fails to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
International orders are also subject to all other rules from our US shipping & delivery policy above.
BACKORDERS & PREORDERS
Backorder and preorder items are listed in the item details section. If an item is a preorder or backorder item express shipping is not available. The date or estimated time until shipment will be listed in the item details section as well. If this information is not provided in the listing by chance please contact us with the estimated date.
We do not accept cancellations on pre-order & back-order items after 24 hours or once the order has been marked shipped.
